Frank Black - Black Francis Hints At Pixies Reunion

Former PIXIES frontman BLACK FRANCIS has hinted that the lot may record again in the future.

The band get not released an album since 1991's TROMPE LE MONDE, merely BLACK FRANCIS and Kim Deal have gone on to forge successful solo careers.

Francis renamed himself FRANK BLACK for his solo ventures, while Deal went on to perform with her babe Kelley in THE BREEDERS.

"It's just a waiting secret plan right nowadays. Whatever we do in the future is gonna have to be clean," Francis told the NME.

"I have to see if the stripe as a whole wants to go into the recording studio for a new record," he added. "That makes sense on some storey. For us, there's gotta be an angle. It can't be just playing our quondam songs over and over."

THE PIXIES reformed for a world go in 2004, which saw them dally at Coachella and Reading and Leeds Festivals.

Rick Ross - Ross Sued Over Child Support

The mother of rapper RICK ROSS' son is suing him over claims he does not pay child support.

Tiallondra Nicole Kemp claims Ross has non offered financial support to raise their son, two year old William Leonard Roberts, III.

Kemp has also asked a Florida court to order Ross to fill a paternity test to prove he is the father's tyke. Kemp believes the results of the test will help give her guinea pig.

Kemp requests maintenance payments under the Florida Child Support

Guidelines and wants shared responsibility over the child.

But Ross' attorney Allan Zamren insists the star topology is a model father.

He tells TMZ.com, "(Ross) is an first-class person and an outstanding member in his residential district. I've known him for quite some time and it's a pleasure to represent him."

Obie Trice went from no unitary to individual in the knock world quickly when Eminem sign language him to Shady Records and executive produced his debut. Born on the mae West side of Detroit in the Schoolcraft and Greenfield area, Trice began his tap life history humbly. On New Year's Eve 2006, he was driving home from a Detroit club with his girl when he was shot in the head. Remarkably, he was capable to exit the thruway, and an ambulance took him to a infirmary in Southfield. It was driven that removing the bullet would be besides wild; Trice was released within hours of arriving at the hospital. Between that case and the shooting death of D12's Proof, a quaker and nonpareil of the people wHO met him at the infirmary, Trice was compelled to record fresh tracks for his long-finished album. Canadian arm of MPAA taps exec director

Wendy Noss joined CMPDA in 2006





TORONTO -- The MPAA's Canadian affiliate on Wednesday named veteran intellectual property lawyer Wendy Noss as its new executive director.


Noss joined the Canadian Motion Picture Distributors Assn. in 2006 as general counsel, before she was promoted in January to acting executive director when former CMPDA president Douglas Frith stepped down as the Hollywood studios' Canadian point man after 12 years in the post.


Noss will report to CMPDA board chairman Bob Pisano, who is also the L.A.-based MPAA's president and COO.

Country Music Superstar, Sara Evans, Receives Red Cross National Award

WASHINGTON, June 9 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Country music superstar,
Sara Evans, was presented with the national Crystal Cross award on Friday,
June 6, by the American Red Cross, for her work with the organization.
Evans, who has been a member of the Red Cross National Celebrity Cabinet

whose achievements include being named the Academy of Country Music's Top
